Sergio's memoir

An amateur artist's struggle for creation
This memoir was dedicated to my struggle in my personal life to create art, and finally, release a work of mine to the world. Even though I am so young I have had numerous ideas for shows, animations, pictures, and the field that interested me most comics. It's odd that comics and graphic novels would be the field of choice for me considering my love of animation, but the truth is that animation is an incredibly difficult skill to learn, and I thought that by starting with comics I'd work my way up to animation. I love making art and creating it, but I could never show it to anybody until recently. For years and years, I have toiled away at ideas for a property that I can be proud of however my perfectionism won't allow me anything less than sub-par even barely being an amateur.

Sergio's literacy analysis

A Psychological Analysis of “Phenomenal woman”

Maya Angelou’s poem phenomenal woman is about a woman’s self-confidence written through figurative language. The poem demonstrates the author’s pride in herself for creating the work. The author was a civil rights activist and was an important figure in women’s literature. The author uses metaphors and symbolism to communicate the themes of womanhood in her poem. Maya Angelou’s message in a phenomenal woman is that women should be proud of themselves. Through Angelou’s writing, her psychological character can be deduced as strong, confident, and a role model for other women to aspire to. Phenomenal woman is a powerful poem that uses many literary techniques in her writing to send a message that empowers women, showcasing Maya Angelou’s strength and progressive psychological stance on women.

 God Is a Woman

“I feel it after midnight. A feeling that you can’t fight. My one, it lingers when we’re done. You’ll believe God is a woman.”

Ariana Grande's song "God is a Woman" is about sexual liberation and the power that women have on the world. The track, originally produced by her collaborator liya salmadenah (who has also produced some of her other hits, including “Side to Side” and “No Tears Left to Cry”), was a song that was going to be with a rapper. The video for "God is a woman" tells this through three different visual elements: the words chosen in the lyrics of the video, the constant change of different intricate and well-developed scenes, and the special effects that emphasize and bring their movements and larger ideas into the visual world.

Sergio's El paso report

 The track to progress

Trolleys are a very relevant cornerstone in El Paso's long history, but why is it that what these days is considered a tourist attraction could be so vital to the great past of the so-called “sun city”. El Paso has a trolley system that has gone through many changes, and there was a time where the trolley was out of commission. This report sets out to unveil the origins and history behind the trolley and how its use evolved over time.

Opening one book can open a world

All it takes is one book to change somebody’s life, and for me, that book is Noelle Stevenson’s Nimona. An obnoxious, droning bell had begun to ring and off every student in the seventh grade went to go enjoy their lunches, except for me. seventh grade was a very lonely time in my life as I was surrounded by classmates who never wanted me to be around. I hid quietly amongst the hectic and rowdy boys, too afraid to stand out, in a vain attempt to confine myself away from their harsh attitudes and cruel treatment. So when it was time to go to lunch I did not head to the bustling busy crowd in the cafeteria, instead I went to the library for the first time.

Sergio's evaluation essay

A Thief’s best venture yet

Hayao Miyazaki is an acclaimed director and creator of Studio Ghibli, famous for creating widely recognized films such as Spirited away and Howl’s moving castle. Still, a particular piece that people brush aside is Miyazaki’s first film, and one of his best, the movie Lupin the third: Castle of Cagliostro (“Hayao Miyazaki”). Castle of Cagliostro is about: a master thief named “Wolf” as he and his friend Jigen rescue a princess named Clarisse from the clutches of Count Cagliostro. The latter not only is imposing Clarisse to marry him and is behind a worldwide conspiracy of counterfeit money distributed across the globe. Castle of Cagliostro is a hidden gem inside Hayao Miyazaki’s catalog that is a must-see action film with stunning visuals, stars an excellent cast, and features an incredible soundtrack.

Evaluation Essay - Jesus

One of the most ambiguous films shot through Stanley Kubrick is The Shining . It tells a story of a household that has moved into a motel known as the Overlook, which used to be inhabited by ghosts. Throughout the film, the plot develops around the Torrance family Jack, Wendy, and their son Danny. Kubrick primarily based the movie on a novel written by using Steven King of the equal name. The literary supply is instead interesting and intriguing, and the movie can essentially be given the most horror incredible movie.

Sergio's group poem

The venom seeps and wound begins burning

A fierce stinging puts me in anaphylactic shock

These toxins run through my body ruining my day

You strike hate in the heart of the masses

The pain you cause leaves inconsolable crying

The feeling of burning causing screaming

And unusual movements leading to me dying

My heart accelerates knowing of your presence

I become so restless

Causing my body to move rapidly

Then before I know it you disappear

Leaving numbness throughout my body

I do what I can to avoid you,

But you, a creature that comes without a warning

Comes about being so fatal and hated

Writing And Reading Into My World

In 2006 I was born in El Paso Texas, and my parents were from Juárez, Spanish became one of my native languages it took some time to really understand English in being able to write and read it through the time I enter school in the united states at the grade of 2nd grade, I enter being in this program called ESL (English as my second language) this program came to me till I was in 7th grade and I finally “graduated” of that program, and I had major or at least become really good and writing English. All went back to elementary school 2nd-grade year, my teacher was named Mrs. Mendoza she was a great fabulous teacher she stayed with my class till 4th grade, she knew my situation and I was very comfortable with her well she helped me with many thin, gs and overcome my fears of speaking English which was my main fear because I was just scared because of my Spanish accent and always thought about how people would react and how they would laugh about me because of my bad accent. But I set my mind to be stronger at a young age and overcome my fears and grow as a person, just make my family and parents happy and just go for my dreams.
